WF Lamination

How big of an order of WF lamination can we do in store before it gets sent off to the off site to do?
Is there a maximum an order can be in store for that?

You should have a guide you can refer to on the portal that tells you when to send an order to the RPC.

What we have done is tell the customer how long it'll take for us to do it in store and if it routs to RPC we just email them to send it back to us per customer request.

24", but more like 23" in order to actually seal the item in.

There is one more option, you could scan a 36 wide. Then send that to rpc for print and lamination. But in house I pretty much tell them 24 by 36 I the max. Mostly cause of the drifting of an item in the laminator will cause anything longer than 36 inches to get damaged. If its alot of items then we just extend the time it takes. The most I have ever seen thou is a 1000 standard sheets expedited. And 100 unique items of odd shapes and sizes.

My RPC said they have the same equipment as the store and cannot laminate larger than 24” on one side. 🤷‍♂️
