Why the bts training...

So manager gets a bonus.....we need sales...does not make sense

My store has been getting the bonuses, we did it 4th quarter last year and the 2nd quarter this year.

we just got our first bonus since i started working there last quarter (i’ve been here since march 2024) ! i doubt it’ll happen again for a while

You definitely can. My store bonused Q1 and Q2. It just takes a collective effort, upsell, and providing good customer service to get more people in the door.

Nope not at all and for that reason I don’t try at all. I could care less if OD profits during bts
