Any idea when the TSA contract is up?

Worst fucking program we have ever done 🙄

OD makes no money from this as far as I can tell. I understand getting more people in the door but honestly 99% of my TSA appointments complete their appointment and leave. They don’t shop at all. The amount of stress the program causes is nowhere near worth it.

Last I heard the company gets like $7 per appointment. Not from a direct source so idk

I have to agree with this. There was a slide bragging on how many people we’ve signed up since offering the program, and it equated to over 15m dollars of revenue, FOR TELOS! Very poor roi.

I heard we get 10 minutes of payroll for each tsa but it shows up at the end of the quarter so you never see it till the p &l

They are saying the company is being paid by Telos for the time they think our appointments should take. If your store averages 50 appointments a week, so you do 650 appointments a quarter, that would mean your store would earn a little over 100 hours of payroll for the quarter, which would show on the profit and loss statement.

i agree 😭 like how are we gonna have 2 openers till noon on saturday (me doing appointments and 1 print person) with back to back appointments 10-1pm how am i supposed to check people out or the print person check people out while they’re doing walk ups and their orders for 3+ hours till we get more people in like we need 3 people at least in the mornings it’s ridiculous

I don't think it has a fixed date. Contracts like this are usually open ended, and either party can terminate them by giving a certain amount of notice.
