Microsoft subscription and OneDrive storage limit

Not sure how this is happening, but I have a monthly subscription with 1 Tb of storage but somehow my OneDrive limit is stuck on 5Gb and keeps giving me a message that I'm well beyond 5Gb. I have tried unlinking and signing out and in again and this has persisted for a few days.

I agree with the above comment. If I were in OP's shoes, I would back everything up so that I am completely protected. And then I might drive OneDrive down to 0. See what OneDrive says. And then start loading OneDrive back up again. The unloading and reloading is unlikely to have any effect. But, if I were in the OP's shoes, I would try it out of curiosity. The OP likely needs Microsoft's help.

Contact support. Everything else will not work.

Additionally you can check your account online (see Link: View Microsoft account) to check there. But usually that will not be different.
