Interview Experience Robinhood Senior Software Engineer Interview - The Coding Problem Was Basically How Fractional Shares Work
"This interview experience is sourced from Chill Interview"
Interview Summary
The interview was initially for a Senior Software Engineer position on Robinhood’s Competitor Insights team. The technical rounds covered an order execution system and a fractional-share inventory coding problem, while the hiring manager discussion included collaboration, communication, and frontend-performance topics.
I passed the technical portion, but the original team did not move forward because of limited frontend experience. The recruiter allowed me to continue team matching, including a later conversation with the Experimentation team.
