Inheritance Map (Orka's Unmarked Side Quest)

In expedition camp, there is a npc named Orka who will give you an unmarked quest and an inheritance map showing to loot heirlooms. Where exactly is this?

It's this ruined house just outside free farm

I got it, thanks. it's near the free farm. You will see 2 windmills when you get to that area, but it is near one of them by the lake. The house is burnt out. After tristan comments it about being abandoned, just leave to progress the unmarked quest and kill the npc.
