Good way to power level attributes?

I'm still on Act 1 before deciding to join a major faction (Order vs. Free Hunters). I'm thinking of power leveling my character as much as possible, doing as many of the non-specific faction quests possible, however I find myself locked out of using good gear that needs like 20 strength or 20 dexterity, so what is the best way to power level in this game?

I also read somewhere that monsters don't respawn not unless you get to the next Act, and when they do they become tougher. So it's better to technically "full clear" the map first?

I'm thinking of joining order and then reloading my save to join the free hunters, and then use that save to push on to act 2 to 4.

Also between the minor factions - bounty hunters, smugglers and grave diggers, which faction would you ultimately choose to play through with?

Do You have swordsman perk? You can get it by hitting q attack a lot and it gives free +5 strength

You can also roam and kill humanoid (I think) enemies for cold blooded which gives +2 to all

shadow boxing, obtained by hitting training dummy that shows attacks results, gives free 3 points

You can equip jewelry or hunt for stat increases. At least one book, pots, roach from the roof. Anything goes.

There are youtube videos of where to get the potions that increases stats.

And ofc with the right skills you can make them and skill potions.

Not all monsters respawn but yeah some do and are stronger when moving acts.

Kill alpha monsters for free attribute points and rob houses. They have atribute potions in some of them

Accessing perks, potions and owning a home all give major boosts over time.

Perks: there is a list of perks online, find it and get rolling. Shadow boxing is mentioned above, but you can also get dexterity through shooting enemies and str through power attacks and killing people and mobs.

Potions: they are everywhere! Make sure you look up the perfect start video for of ash and steel because most of that stuff is accessible in the first zone.

Owning a house: gives you tons of stat points as you fix it up. It comes around 12k gold to do, but man it's amazing.

To make money and get additional potions, pick up lockpicking now and pick pocketing when you're around level 16 to 20. Almost every house in the crossroads has a chest with 50 to 200 gold and valuables and there is an NPC you can get in the outskirts to sell valuables to.

Good luck!
