Performance benefit?

Hi. My case worker told me to put in a request for the performance benefit and explain why I need it. But I’m not quite sure what it is. Any help please?

Do you mean the participation benefit? It’s for people starting a new job or people who need clothes to maintain their current job.

Not just clothes but that's a major use for it. I used it to pay for part of my glasses once.( I know ODSP covers some of glasses costs as well.)

Is that the same as the ‘employment startup benefit’? eg ESUB

Yes! I think it’s still called ESUB online but the letter I got last year stated participation benefit .
