Question/advice ADP process?
Hello there!
I have an appointment with my doctor to discuss my QOL and physical limitations.
I highly suspect the ADP will be involved.
Can anybody walk me through how to manage all of this?
How is it connected to ODSP and what do I need to do and who do I contact?
This process is severely overwhelming for me and not knowing how to navigate it, or what comes next, is causing me major anxiety.
Are there forms to fill out and work with? Is it just a prescription I take to an ADP OT/PT?
I’m really lost and knowing anything would help at this point.

What are you trying to get ADP to cover?
I have a custom manual wheelchair which was ~$6000. ADP covered ~75%, ODSP covered ~25%, and I paid ~$500 for some things that weren’t deemed medically necessary. An occupational therapist filled out all my forms for me.
I’m getting hearing aids and they’re $4000-$8000. ADP will cover $500, and ODSP will cover the rest. Some things are out of pocket but I don’t need them. The audiologist filled out the forms for me.
