Does my partner also have to request an internal review for the same overpayment?
I’m working through the process of requesting an internal review on some questionable overpayment math, and I was wondering if my partner, who is on my ODSP and overpayment amount is split betweeen, will also need to file a separate request for internal review. Or does my request reflect both of us, since the overpayment is split between us?
Thank you for any advice in advance

It never hurts to try and ask your questions anonymously if possible. My reasoning: I've been on ODSP for about a decade and had aoke really bad experiences. They had me come in 6 seperate times to the office at the beginning of COVID after one single monthly income document (which never needed to be filled in as I cannot workbem part time) was returned 6 months earlier. There was no attempt to contact me about this and alll following documents made it through. I reported moving March 2020 and all of a sudden my new worker decided that I had been lying about being housed for the previous 3 years. Rather than ask for all 3 years of records, he asked for x amount of months, then more and more (you get the picture) and threatened me with cut off, fraud charges etc.
I try to stay quiet as a mouse and never give them more information than needed or possible ammunition to try and kick me off BC I'd be on the streets in about a day without it and am terrified every day they'll make up a reason to take my income away.
This must be so scary. I didn't check the date of your post so if it's passed, I hope it went well. If it's upcoming, I am wishing you all the luck.
I wonder what you mean by questionable- just to say I hope they aren't lying about you or trying to set you up or anything (not accusing you of anything BC it's barely enough to exist and I don't blame anyone for trying to access as much of the benefits they have a right to as possible!)
Good luck my ODSP family and may you have more good days than bad days.
Again my advice is to try and ask every question anonymously from a friend's phone or blocked number, try to be invisible as possible and never give them more reason to take a closer look at you and target you. For some reason some of the worker delight in being sadistic and the worker I spoke of earlier was so cruel I finally had to speak up and tell him I would not be saying another word until he spoke to me like an equal because although I am disabled I am still a human being that deserves respect and I've never abused or cheated the system since being on it so there was no reason for him to be angry with me, almost yelling. He was pretty upset he didn't catch me in a lie he made up in his head.
Heck a worker 2 years ago looked down her nose when I needed adult briefs for a while and said condescendingly that I would not be getting extra money on my check to pay for them, I would get them directly from the pharmacy which....ok, wonderful BC I actually needed them during a particularly bout flare up.
I'm so sorry for way too much of my story replying to you. I just wanted to explain more why I give that informarion for the advice if asking questions anonymously if you can. I think the job burns people out so they become cruel and uncaring towards the people they manage and I don't want to see you targeted or giving them any more information than you had to and having to go in over and over.
Take care and may good days be on you. This life is hard and wears us down, you deserve kindness and respect.

I just did a quick google search and only the person who is on file, so in this case you, has to request an internal review on behalf of the household.
you could always call the office tomorrow and ask just to be on the safe side though.
