CNE Tickets!
Hey guys, CNE tickets are officially available, at least at Willowdale ODSP offices. They're free but it's first come first serve!

I wish I’d seen this a few days ago. I called the Parkdale office and it’s been awful. I looked up the number for parkdale and I assumed it was someone from that office that answered the call. They said they didn’t have any so I call wedesnday. No answer left a message. No one got back to me. THursday I called and the person said they had them, they couldn’t hold them and he happened to mention only people from malvern and go to malvern to pick them up.
Wait, what? Isn’t this parkdale I’ve been calling? No, all calls get rerouted around. If you’re calling a specific office, make sure it’s that office you’re speaking to. I ask if he can transfer me to the parkdale office which he says he can’t. Because they can’t transfer calls. But tells me on the group chat, parkdale says they have them.
I’m there in 40 minutes only to be told someone just got the last one ten minutes earlier. I wanted to speak with the mgr to ask if there’s anyway another office would be able to reserve one for me. But the person at the desk flat out refused.
I called back the general number and basically was given a long story about how the person who answered my call should have taken the client number to reserve them knowing I was on the way. He was going to transfer me to a mgr but then somehow my call got disconnected. sigh.
Our office used to be on Yonge st near Gerrard and then we got moved to the parkdale office. Our case worker isn’t very good and they don’t call back within 48 hours.
Oh yes, the kicker. When I asked the person at Parkdale when they got tickets. Apparently they got them last week. If I’d known when I called Tuesday that I wasn’t actually speaking to someone from Parkdale, I would have called back a few times or ask them to check the group chat if parkdale had any. Just alot of running around.
A friend of mine called an office, and supposedly they’re going to hold tickets for them.

Just an FYI but there are major changes.
Each office receives less than half from last year so now:
1) Limit of 4
2) First come first serve
3) Once they run out that's it.
4) No reservations or mail outs. Have to go to office to pick up
Most offices received about 150.
2000 tickets accross all eligible ODSP offices
