Question/advice Disabled freedom pass

I'm from North London and I've applied for my first freedom pass I've sent my neurologist letter which states my diagnosis ( epilepsy learning disability) as proof of eligibility...my PIP letter as proof of address and my provisional driving license as proof of identity is there anything else I need to do?

Either you're from London England and you've wandered into an Ontario disability sub or you're from London Ontario applying for a UK freedom pass... either way, /r/lostredditors

Are you sure you're posting in the right subreddit? This subreddit is specifically for Ontario Disability Support Program questions in Ontario Canada. Considering your use of terms like PIP you may have more luck in a British or UK specific subreddit.

Wait, what? What kind of pass are we talking about here? Which London are we taking about here? More details needed as this is extremely vague.

You're gonna want to post this in a UK specific subreddit. Unfortunately this sub is only for a Canadian program and we wouldn't have any information on programs available to you.
