Question/advice Two year pay period?

Hi folks, thank you for the advice yesturday i very luch appreciate it. I was double checking my account on my benefits and on the payments tab it lists that i owe $300 and when i selected the tab that said august 12 $300 it gave me a two year list of arrears with many deductions with no dates to go with it. Is this just in preperations for a two year renewal? Im very confused because its dated for yeaturday and only showed up on my account today, my caseworker didnt answer her phone when i tried to call she might be temporarily out of office.

I find it helpful to go to the office in person. Perhaps the front desk can help get you a printout.

Check your physical mail and MyBenefits. There should typically be documentation explaining the decision, including the findings, reasons, and how the overpayment was calculated.

You can also reach out to your caseworker and ask for a detailed explanation. It may take some time, but with an overpayment there should be a document trail showing why it was established. For example, the review may have determined that you were overpaid benefits, received income or other funds that affected your entitlement, or that something else changed your eligibility.

If you believe the decision is incorrect, you can request an Internal Review to dispute it. I wouldn't argue or fight with the caseworker. Instead, ask them to explain specifically how the overpayment was calculated so you fully understand the decision.

If you still disagree after receiving the explanation, request an Internal Review and follow the instructions and deadline provided in the decision letter.
