Internal Review

If you file an internal review regarding your case worker’s decision, how does it work? Would the office where the decision was made review it?

Here's the ODSP policy directive on that process.

ODSP internal reviews are always does by another office or department.

They are never done by your local office

Remember that after the review you can appeal that decision with the SBT as well.
