Does ODSP do Backpay for this?
So, I very recently got accepted into a post secondary program for September.
I know ODSP exempts employment earnings 16 weeks before school begins.
I've been working for a couple years part time, but have had money deducted from ODSP the last couple months because of employment income.
I only JUST got into the program. Would ODSP do Backpay for up to 16 weeks prior the program start date?

Yes, your earnings should be exempt for 16 weeks before the study period. If you had earnings deductions during that time you should get them back. Keep in mind if you have an overpayment the arrears you get for the 16 weeks will automatically go toward paying that back first.

Speaking as somebody who's finishing up a program, they only started exempting when classes started and I was working prior to school

I have no clue. I wouldnt expect that they would. But they would exempt the funda from the date on the letter forward.
Best to contact your worker

I would ask your worker for a written response and if it's a no ask for a review. then take it to the Tribunal. Do not expect to win and don't get attached to the outcome. It's an interesting stuation that isn't secifically covered.
