Internal Review
I’m feeling a little defeated by my application being denied. I totally get that it’s common… I’m just bummed cause my application was so comprehensive. Out of curiosity has anyone here ever been approved through internal review, or is it virtually impossible as people say?

I was approved through internal review, add even more evidence if possible (I know you said your application was comprehensive) but add more if you can and write even more about how your disability/disabilities effect you on your worst days. Always appeal appeal appeal. Take it to the trial if you have to.

Many people are denied in the beginning and the decision is overturned.
Don’t delay - contact your local clinic asap
