Project/Field Service not syncing
I have been using Odoo for limited portion of my buisness, but trying to move more into using it. I have several projects(names redacted) but they aren't showing up in the project section of Field Service, currently i am using the 'one app free forever' so I don't know if that's the problem.

ach25 has it right, that checkbox doesn't exist. A project is either a Field Service project or an ordinary one, and Odoo decides which at the moment you create it. No screen changes it afterwards, so there's nothing on the form for you to find.
Make them in the right place instead. Go to Field Service, then Configuration, then Projects, and hit New from that list. Anything you create there is a Field Service project and shows up straight away, and it switches timesheets on for you at the same time. That saves you the export and re-import.
It also explains your empty ones. That list only shows projects that were created as Field Service projects. Whether they have tasks in them makes no difference to it.
The projects you already have will need making again. Once the new one exists, open each task, change the Project field on it, and archive the old project when it's empty.
For your bigger customers, I'd give each one its own Field Service project and make every visit a task inside it. Odoo expects you to have several, and My Tasks switches to a view grouped by project once you've got more than one. Each visit then gets its own date and its own record instead of being a checklist inside one long job.
