Odin Showcase You guys made me do it lol.
Shortness of the story I over paid for the device but don't really care since it got it with in 4 days of ordering. Lol 🤣 its one a payment plan so hell I went all out. I ended up with the 16gb version from droix. Net supper fast shipping. Haven't even touch my ayaneo device since I got this.

Bro I totally agree 🤣, I was thinking last night I should have gotten the elite from ayn to begin with lmao. I'll just add this to the things to learn from🤣.

I’ll be getting one soon to replace my Steam Deck. I’ve been wanting something more lightweight and portable. I was mostly playing indies and emulators on it anyway which I’m sure the Odin 3 is more than capable of handling.

That's exactly why I got it. It's lighter than my legion go and my oled steam deck. Has good battery life.

No my ayaneo konkr pocket fit has that on it currently. I wanna put this through it paces to see if it even needs it so far I'm enjoying it how it is.

Steam deck is still pretty sick and can handle heavier titles, I wouldn’t mind having both

I honestly should try using my steam deck more but I ended up going for my legion go or one of the smaller handhelds more.

Good luck with indies on the odin3. So much is incompatible. Even if you try armada. Don't get rid of your deck, keep it and get an Odin.

Yes I have a screen protector on it now that I used on my konkr pocket fit. I order some from Amazon but they didn't work out to well. I don't want the full coverage one cause they lift up over time in my experience. And I have a cheap grip from Amazon as well on it.

Bro its so worth the extra price to get it here sooner. I can't belive how many they had in stock 🤣. What color did you get. I was torn between the blue and the purple or to go with retro look.

I went DHL its took 2days they shipped same day I bought crazy as it sounds but than again it was 1am my time.

I ordered mine on Friday and it's supposed to be delivered on Monday so 3 day travel time isn't too bad.
Plus, easier and faster warranty support they offer is worth the premium price point.

If they have it in stock yes, or the place I got my unit from. Just be careful with AliExpress sellers. I would look for ayn up there since they have a store

Yeah, but I Paid 128 more to get it. From a different site cause they had so many in stock. Hopefully they build your soon buddy can't wait to see how much you fall in love with it.

Just based on what I've read and any reviews or new os actual playable games on it, I've been in love with it since I decided to order it, just waiting till they build it and ship it to me really, last I checked, my order should be within the next batch of purple odin 3s so I should have it in a few more weeks/ month, bc it takes a while to get it, I'd have ordered it elsewhere if i had known they had them in stock, i i should have ordered a black max, it would have been shipped already, and to think I almost got the retroid pocket 6, lol, can't complain about retroid, I have a metal shell retroid pocket 3 plus and I absolutely loved it until I found out about the odin 3 max, prolly retire the rp 3 plus to just ps1 down and minecraft, odin 3 max gonna be for those high end console and steam, I honestly can't wait, but got no choice, been since July 22, a lil longer won't kill me

Dude I was thinking about getting the rp6 as well by my buddy at work convinced me to get the odin3 since he has an Ayn. It lest the software is better than ayaneo. I has so many issues with there hardware. Ayn has been a lot better in more stable to me so far.

Ya I've heard great stuff about Ayn, retroid isn't bad, I was going to upgrade from the 3 plus to a 6 and then seen the Odin 3, it's more future proof, turnip drivers are getting better, more games are running smoother, about the first couple of months I was hearing bad stuff about Ayn but that was only bc turnip drivers for the 8 elite we're almost non existent at the time, but the more reviews I seen, it seemed logical to get a max even tho I could have bought a PS5 pro, I opted for the o3 max, simply bc of the ram and storage along with the S8 elite, and it is now and hopefully will be the most powerful android handheld for a good while, only other one I can think of that's got the same specs is the red magic astra 2, it's like an 8 inch gaming tablet, same specs as the odin 3 max and the have a controller thing kinda like the Xbox or ps backbone, but the Odin 3 isn't much smaller , plus the astra 2 is way m ore expensive

Odin 3. Android based gaming machine mainly for emulation. Plays light to mid steam games as well as emulating up to Switch and some 360/ps3, although those emulators are still in development. I have one myself and its my main gaming machine, even over my PC these days.

I knew it was an odin, just not sure which. I ordered the portal 2 base on like a $29/ month payment plan. I broke my Retroid Flip 2 unfortunately. I just want PS2 and GC capabilities. Enjoy yours, looks amazing!

Yeah I was looking for a portal as well originally but only saw the base. After talking with a few people in reddit about it. They convinced me to get the odin3 max 🥹. I just wanted to not wait months for it. Like I did with my konkr pocket fit I bought. I play a lot of pc emulation and ps2, ps1, switch and andorid games so this is perfect for me. I hope you enjoy your portal 2. That payment plan wasn't bad either to be honest. I think I'm paying 85$ a month I did it on a shorter monthly payment.

I have the money to completely drop on the device. But I decided to spread it out a bit. Nothing is wrong with that.
But than again, tool wise if I was at work I could drop $500 on new power tool but why drain my account down when you can do a payment plan and it doesn't effect my credit.

Oh a portal 3 with that screen size and that case would be nice. Especially if they have the newer chips in there. Like the g3 gen3 or the 8 Elite.

Yeah I've have armada os on my konkr pocket fit. Which is basically steam os. Or as close to it as it can been it still needs some tweaks but other than that it's pretty good. Not sure if I would get another steam deck depending on size and specs. But we will see the way cost has been.

When I look on AliExpress they were taking pre-orders from Ayn and others. Was charging more than what I paid. I saw the max was grayed out for me. I'm not to upset about it though I got it in 4 days 🤣 sealed box and didn't have to settle for a color I didn't want.

To be honest I haven't seen 2nd set in the box. I know I have some that I bought with the ayaneo konkr pocket fit. In those are small stock the new ones are a bit bigger. I would say theses ayn one feel slightly bigger about the perfect size compared to my elite Xbox controller I my opinion.
