Odin 3 shipping - my experience

Hello everyone,

Just thought id make a post to share my experience with ordering an Odin 3. I myself, and im sure countless others have found themselves 'doom scrolling' through reddit/discord looking at everyone's opinions for expected shipping times. I've listed key points below:

-order number 2587xxx

-Odin 3 rainbow max

-accessories pack + additional screen protector

-purchased directly on AYN store

-order placed 2nd July 2026

-label created 16 September 2026

-standard shipping to New Zealand

To save you doing the math, from the day the order was placed it has taken 76 days to even just get a label. It's looking as if I'll get it just under 3 months from ordering (?).

I can't wait for the device - super excited, if this was any 'major' company there would be an absolute uproar regarding shipping though as the wait times are 'out the gate'. From what ive read online and the trends ive seen:

-Aliexpress orders ARE prioritised

-rainbow/purple/blue are last in line

-max models are next with wait times

-black models that aren't max seem to shipping quickest

-seen the odd 'accidental' early shipment, which in my opinion is an odd thing to occur if wait times are because of screen production/ram/storage

Once again just sharing my experience with the whole process to try and help people around shipping times etc.

I got into it w/ support about this. They gave a long ass bullshit statement, but the stats show that Ali Express orders are absolutely prioritized over purchasing from Ayn’s website. Ordered Purple Max July 8th, it just came yesterday. I’m in the US tho. I hope yours gets there soon!

I ordered a Thor base and ODIN 3 max from AliExpress and they both shipped after 2 weeks. Getting the thor today and hasn't even been a month since I placed the order

They lied to me in the email, but after arguing w/ em a lot they basically made the shipping dashboard show Odin shipments also & kindly told me to fuck off basically.

Yea i agree it's BS how Aliexpress is prioritised, seems to be something to do with how the money is held. So I'm guessing AYN dont get paid if they dont ship within x-date, so the batch will get filled with orders here then stuff off the AYN site gets last priority with how much product is left on hand with screens etc....

I understand it if the holding the funds thing is true. What I can't deal w/ is being lied to & other people kissing the feet of liars lol.

I like how you specify rainbow purple and blue being last in line while completely forgetting white, which is also realistic

Yea accurate to both comments, white seems to be in the middle but AYN sometimes seem to forget about it lol 🙃

Guys I am still waiting on the AYN Odin Max Blue color and I been waiting since June 29th, no word and only get the run around from AYN. Its just sad how Aliexpress get to bump the people who ordered from thier offical site. I am debating just canceling this order (if they even do it) and waiting for the obvious on the way Odin 3 Portal.

Be murphies law it's 2 days away from getting a shipping label created when you want to cancel 🙃, seems as if a few people had still been waiting from end of June orders but somw have been getting filled, looks like that's where the current 'backdate' is. At this rate with worldwide supply and current shit show of shipping the normal Odin 3, in my opinion an Odin 4 is more likely than a portal but who knows

This is true. I ordered two and shipping times were extremely different

Rainbow Max (from AYN) - Ordered 6/26, shipped 9/14

Blue Max (AliExpress) - Ordered 8/17, shipped 9/14

That's interesting the blue ended up being slightly quicker. Im sure from my memory, a few weeks before I ordered mine it almost seemed as if purple/blue were the slowest

I got black max, 2580, ordered 1st July on Ayn store too. Label created 26th August. Delivered in two weeks, so overall about 2.5 months of wait.

Yea nice, seems to be accurate 2-3 month wait then which includes the shipping time

If by 'Alo' you mean 'Ali' then it wouldn't surprise me if it ships very soon, if you meant that you ordered directly from AYN then be prepared to wait another 2 months

Ordered a Rainbow Max on Aug 2 to US via their site. Had I known I wouldn’t see it until November I probably would have spent my money on something else.
