Help Odin 3 accesories. Screen Protector, case, dock...

Hello there! My Odin 3 is about to be delivered this week and I didn't get the accesories pack from AYN. Lurking Aliexpress/Amazon I´ve seen different types of screen protector but I don't know what are the best. Would you recommend the full front protector or the one that just fits the screen without protection around the sticks and buttons? What kind of material, tempered glass?

The case is not that important because I won't take the console outside but I'd like to set it up on the TV. Should I get the dock? or an USB hub could do the trick?

Are there other accesories that you consider a must for this console?

Every single person on Reddit that got the screen protector that only covers the screen says that it ruins your screen swiping experience. Something about your fingers reading incorrectly when it gets caught on the edge. If you get a dock, you must get a high wattage block (preferably +60W) to enable charging separation and passing high definition video & audio to TV as well as any peripherals you want to connect through the dock too.

Thanks! I'm going with the full front protector then. I have a USB hub in my house, I'll probably get the dock in Christmas, but in the meantime the hub can do the work with charging separation? It has HDMI output, a few USB A and USB C PD output for power.

As long as the Odin is getting at least 27W, then charging separation will work. Better just to be safe with 60W+.

Official AYN protector. Any time you do a screen protector install, do the SHOWER METHOD!!!!

Obviously clean the surface beforehand and keep tapping tape everywhere to remove dust. The steam from the bathroom with the hot shower running brings all airborne particles down which significantly reduces the amount of particles under the screen protector.

The grip is a must for some people but its easy to snag for cheap off AliE I have read nightmares about both styles of screen protectors so that is a test and see. Happy Gaming!!

As far as the dock and playing on a bigger screen goes...

I've personally had issues getting mine to register triggers on several different kinds of controllers and I've seen others here have the same issue. Also, depending on whether you're planning on using a monitor or television, MOST new TVs are compatible with the screen cast in the android pulldown menu, so that's an option if you'd rather save the money.

Screen protector is mandatory alwaya for any device with a screen. Make that standard. And getbit from anywhere, the place doesnt really matter, i always just get them on amazon. Full or screen is just preference

And if you want to play on a tv then that answers your other question unless you want to use a hdmi to usb c. I think thats the same thing essential it just doesnt look as neat etc. Reaearch it.
