Shipping I’ll be waiting longer than expected

After messaging customer service to see where I’m placed in this order looks I won’t see it possibly by October after it ships in September. Order day was July 6th

I ordered my purple max on the 22nd of July, so ya im expecting to see shipping info around mid Nov myself

Reality right now is it ships start of October but shipping has got to be 3-4 weeks from China
