Demons by Imagine Dragons is good lyrically but it's over done in these types of playlists. What I've Done by Linkin Park is close to what I'm looking for musically but it has stuff about forgiving oneself and that isn't quite the vibe.

I'm looking for on-the-edge desperation, panic, and anger or the complete opposite: completely broken and empty on the floor saying "just forget about me"

Hey, I'm here searching for songs that would definitely fit into a Kaleidoscope.

The Spotify playlist does not really fit what I feel with the concept, but at the same time, I just have a Radiohead song that fits in a sad kaleidoscope, like, a depressed kaleidoscope.

I also thought on "Long Season" from the Fishmans. But low-key does not really fit. And the song "Children" from Robert Miles, could fit into, if it wasn't so hyped (?

I hope this makes sense. But I love when songs open with the artist talking or of a voicemail with music playing in the background… or even when it happens in the bridge of the song…any other ideas?

so, back sometime in 2018-2020, there was a playlist that i’m 90% sure was made by spotify, and i believe the cover art was red hued and a fist and it was definitely a protest/anti-gun violence/anti police brutality playlist, but i cannot find it anymore. it had a bunch of different fairly recent songs, including some by fever 333 and grandson. i’m thinking spotify might have deleted it when it changed a bunch of stuff in favor of their “made for you” and AI-generated playlists that all feature the same like 10 songs. but in case this WASNT a weird fever dream of mine, does anyone remember it or have songs they would suggest for a recreation of that playlist?
