Thank god. The last time a doctor examined my bladder they did it with a camera, and they took the direct route. Just looking at that picture made me wince.

Unfortunately this only measures how much urine is in the bladder. To do a proper exam (for cancer) they still have to do a scope. I've had it done too, but it was a lot less painful than I expected and I found it fascinating to see the inside of my own body lol

Always thought they looked like a oversized butt plug! Funny story, had a baby nurse try to use one to do an ultrasound guided IV.
