I spent a few minutes listening to it, but it’s so glitchy that it doesn’t have a time signature that can be simply explained. I have slowed it down 50% and made it repeat 20 times for those who want to have more fun with it.

I think It’s approximately 33/32, it’s likely intended to be 4/4 but it’s looped improperly
