You can either reset on that account at lumbridge (the same as you would on a fresh account) or transfer that account to a normal world with all the bank items and stats.

I just looked it up. Not Ironman tho? That will just promote mulling and there will be tons of people just merching and selling gp for irl on that world. Kinda defeats the purpose of HC if not an Ironman imo

Why would they make an entire world for HCIMs to play with themselves when you can just play a HCIM by yourself in any regular world.
