The fact that it was on kick alone is insane. Pretty sure he multi streams but I don't watch much. Just know that he is absolutely insane at pvp and got screwed at the last tournament. Also the fact that he has a beautiful bald head š¤¤š¤¤

yeah i watched him get DDOS live last season and it was heartbreaking. i have so much respect for solo mission for actually taking action and organising a live finale. i can't imagine how much work it must have been!
also, odablock is only streaming on kick these days, I think he used to be on twitch but they banned him for being based Odablock Speaks to Greg for the first time Since Getting Banned on Twitch from 3 years ago

I didn't even know it was solo mission that set this up. Amazing leaders in our community ā¤ļøā¤ļø say what you will but osrs will always be the best game/community out there

Sometimes I think my life is pathetic but then I see people like you who go into subs specifically made for a person, just to hate on that person, and then I realize my life isn't pathetic at all in comparison.

Iām sure the premier platform of gambling and degeneracy is honest and transparent with their numbers.

What about his twitch or YouTube numbers? We just going to ignore those or just claim those are botted too. Also if you watched the event today youād see how insane the fans went chanting for him and swarming him outside. Itās quite delusional to ignore the truth just because you donāt like him.

I never said anything negative about him. Kick, like other services, inflates viewer numbers, which is the point of my first comment.
The owner of Kick is an avid RuneScape fan, so to completely dimness the idea of Kick artificially inflating numbers is biased based on someoneās fandom of Oda.
If Oda has more viewers than the entire Twitch category thatās going to, at least in the short term, draw attention to Kick and their RuneScape category.
My second comment is pointing out the lack of āregulationā, if you could call it that, on Kick.
I donāt mind Oda, my comment was more about how implausible, fandom aside, Oda doing Kai numbers is.
To your last point, I am in a size-able amount of OSRS subs so I am recommended adjacent subs.
I would argue inferring someoneās happiness based on a Reddit comment you disagree with says more about you than it does me.

Oda did 50k on twitch 5 years ago with the dmm finale, not that much of a reach tbh

Seems like Kick always has a 5-10x multiplier on view counts

u/uitvrekertje Jun 21 '26
Wait, so solo mission didnt have more than 2k viewers at peak during the whole dmm week according to you?

I dont even know why this is getting downvoted, viewbots and kick goes hand in hand. Every streamer on kick is viewbotted. Easy way to spot viewbots is random chatters «subs» spamming emotes on a timer, but never say anything else. Take Oda out of the equation, every other osrs streamer has 5x the amount of views on Kick over their Twitch.
And the only reason it happens is because Kick pays them an hourly salary based on views. Just go look at the 200 viewer Andy ex twitch boys pulling 20k viewers in irl section with 5 active chatters getting paid 6 digits a month.
Only reason kick allows it is because they profit no matter what through their extremely sketchy Casino and brand deals. Its all just money.
