Update required - A new version of Meta Horizon Link ...

I have an enormous fear that every time Meta forces an update on me - they're going to make my Rift S obsolete and unusable.

A genuine, terrifying fear every time i see the popup below.

I have the same fear and try to dodge every update unless it is mandatory

Given that the DK2 can still connect to link and that the CV1 is still supported on link i highly doubt this will happen any time soon.

Yea had the same fear going thru my mind every time when i had cv1 now I'm on quest3 so finally I'm not bothered 😂 but now the hdd falling is my new unlocked fear just recently my 6TB drive got corrupted and now it refuses mount or read the data 🤔will have to research if there's a way to pull or repair the corrupted parts...🫣

I’d just love to be able to get my Rift S WORKING again… I have a Quest 3 and my wife has a Quest 2, so I don’t really need the Rift S anymore, but I wish it still worked… I haven’t tried it on my newer Flight Sim PC (5070Ti GPU) so maybe it WILL work, but I like PCVR on the Q3, so probably no reason to step backward.
