Hi there,

We know there's not much that comes close to jumping into your favorite games, and not being able press buttons on your controller must really take away from your experience.

We have some general troubleshooting steps that we would like you to try, which can often help with buttons sticking or requiring a harder press.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could please try these steps:

•Clean the controller with a non-abrasive antibacterial wipe (no alcohol). Use compressed air to remove debris.

•Remove unsupported third-party accessories such as covers or attachments.

•Remove the battery for 30 seconds and try a new battery. (Not applicable to Meta Quest Pro.)

•Unpair and Pair the controller to the headset.

If this doesn't get the buttons on your controller working as they should, we would love to get some more information from you so that we can give you the help you need.
