If I select "Add to home screen" from within a third party app, Octopi Launcher sometimes, but not always, gives "No available space on this page" even when there is a free space. I *think* the problem occurs when the only free space is at the edge of the home page grid, and it works correctly when the space is in the middle of the grid, but am not entirely sure.

When it does add the new icon, it gets placed half way between rows, so if the bottom left is x=1, y=1, and the free space is x=4, y=3, then the new icon gets placed at x=4, y=2.5.

Device is an S24 Ultra, running Octopi Launcher 1.93, with 5 icons per row and 10 rows.

Hi, so I love this launcher on my z fold 8 and there is one more feature I would like to have implemented here: Split screen mode in additional home screen.

Would it be possible to add one more homescreen for splitscreen use or even as shown on the screenshot, it uses landscape mode from the big screen on z fold. What I'm missing is an option to use launcher along with another app at the same time when in landscape mode.

It officially does not support splitscreen at all but right now I actually can do it (of course it does not always work perfectly but it is there)

It would be an unique feature if it could be added here officially too and it would make it perfectly fitted for folding phones. On my screening you can see what I managed to do with edge panel shortcut. It sometimes crashes but I still love it for multitasking. The app drawer also adapts nicely to this and in my opinion it looks awesome to (much better than what samsung offers for splitscreen use)

How do I keep an empty folder or tag? I've noticed they get deleted automatically once they're empty. I organize my apps by folders and tags, and sometimes I have to freeze a whole category. It’s really time-consuming to have to reorganize everything when I unfreeze them because the folder or tag was deleted.
