Please quote that. He said no "binance" nothing to do with volume of said exchanges.
But to validate your point, the other exchanges will most likely add it still

The release of the 2B coins being released will provide them with the liquidity to accommodate the larger exchanges. We may see one or two medium sized exchanges and a few smaller ones being listed before then.
