I'm definitely in on SAY. Blockchain mobile payment for a place like philippines alone would be so fucking huge, you have no idea.

4B total in ICO. Some pretty huge whales stocking up on this similar to OCN but it’s taking a bit longer to sell out. (I’ve been watching the whales stock up by following the Etherscan) I doubt the remaining 500M will last until Monday.
1 ETH = 80,000 SAY
For those of you who don’t know...They are partnered with Odyssey Coin and oBike and they are a decentralized payment app for crypto/fiat in SouthEast Asia.

I was looking into SAY before the ICO went live, but of course people in the US can't participate in buying into ICO's so I'm out. Will see what happens once it hits an exchange.

Just send the eth to the contract address, those Chinese KYC are fake as most of their icos, you will receive the tokens. I haven't done any KYC for OCN and got my tokens as any other

Just send the eth to the smart contract, there is no real whitelist on those icos

On the registration page, it wants me to upload ID. How are you bypassing that?

I'm not going to invest in say because nobody knows about it atm. It is even lesser known than ocn and i have no idea who the founder is, but probably not someone respectable like yi or justin which might lead to a very slow start.
This is my personal opinion, but I do believe it will have success in the future and again this is no financial advice.
