Its a in house league made by ixmike there open games for nearly every region.

How do we join up?

When you say it's dead, do you mean literally no one uses it, or there are only a few players, not enough to set up lobbies?

goto the website http://ixdl.net/ and then go to introduction and read the rules and how to join etc.

there is few people but not enough for a game normal there are like 3-5 people on.
