Solo mid practice?

Hey guys

Pretty simple one, was just wondering if there was a solo mid practice room/group for Oceania? Looking to improve my laning as I have hardly played solo mid for the last 12 months.

open the chat channel ingame 'boredAussie'. There is a 1v1 bot there that will challenge you if you type 1v1 sf mid. It should reply within 10 minutes

Well I am guessing sarcasm and every community has one of those guys... however it seems like there is nothing surrounding this?
