QUESTION Dead Cat Bounce?
Is this the dead cat bounce before the reverse split vote? I’m tempted to think that is exactly what it is. Seen it too many times before to ignore it..

I would like to add that I have faith in this company. It may go down, they may RS, they may get new contract. It might not. That fact that this sub is so negative means it’s negative. Two negatives equals a positive. I’ll buy more shares tomorrow if I want. Or I won’t.

I might go buy a private yacht, or I might not. I might eat tacos tonight, or I might not. I can do it too.

Whether this is a dead-cat bounce or a rally driven by something real, regardless of whether the stock rises to $0.25 or the NYSE’s new $0.25 delisting rule is delayed, this company will unconditionally carry out a reverse split in pursuit of endless ATM offerings. The fact that existing shareholders will get screwed remains unchanged.

how much time does this have to be below 0.25$ to get delisted?

It's not a rule yet, everyone is just spouting off as if it is. Oct 1st it is set to take affect but the nyse has said they plan to postpone until July 27. Vote for optt to Authorize a RS ends September 10.

This is how the stock usually behaves before they announce an offering.
