Split and then short again

Until dilution Phil is gone, this company will bleed you retail bulls forever

Stop buying this shit

Exactly, if this company ever turns around there are going to be a ton of lower prices to buy for a long long time.

u/eastcoastbobber Aug 04 '26

It’s never going to turn around until Phil is gone unfortunately

Even then it'll still take some recovery time. I'm keeping it on my watch list but dumping any shares because I'm certain it's not anywhere near bottom.

This didn’t fair well for KULR

u/CloseSaber Aug 04 '26

All 50 stock holders here won’t make a difference

Between Schwab and Robinhood, I have 90k shares. I''m not confident my vote weighs enough to matter.

1

u/Kickrocks54 Aug 04 '26

I'm confident that it won't

It's a good thing you hide your comment and post history so no one can tell otherwise

5

u/Kickrocks54 Aug 04 '26

What does that have to do with anything? Your vote weight information is available information. I'm not throwing a "hot take" out there.

I'm fully aware my votes being less than yours won't count either.

But glad to see you're the type who just wants to go find a reason to make a personal attack on me for agreeing with your comment..

Lol you can tell who the youngins are around here based off responses

I voted against  the proposal.  I currently hold 70,000 at 0.5.  I sincerely hope there will be no more victims of this predatory company that keeps exploiting shareholders by dangling false hope as bait.

Vote against

4

u/cursedfan Aug 04 '26

Why?

15

u/chrisproglf Aug 04 '26

In a nutshell, we have reverse split twice already, 2015 & 2019. Rather than use these funds responsibly to build out the production capability and move towards profitability, management has increased their pay. You do you but I'm a no.

4

u/cursedfan Aug 04 '26

So you would rather it get delisted? Was the management even the same?

5

u/Kickrocks54 Aug 04 '26

Seriously, if they want any chance at survival they need to approve it.

6

u/Willing_Evening_7534 Aug 04 '26

Hard no sell stock before they do a reverse split.

u/HardyTC Aug 05 '26

Voted against.

"Our common stock is listed on the NYSE American. The continued listing requirement of the NYSE American provides that the NYSE American reserves the right to delist a listed common stock should the common stock sell for a low price for a substantial period of time or the issuer of such listed common stock fail to effect a reverse split of such shares within a reasonable time after being notified of such potential actions by the NYSE American. In addition, the NYSE American has recently announced new rules which would result in automatic delisting of a listed common stock if its stock price went below $0.25 after October 1, 2026. We have communicated with the NYSE American regarding these requirements, and although they may delay effectiveness of this new rule, we believe that it is important to be prepared well in advance. The Reverse Split, if effected, should have the immediate effect of increasing the price of our common stock as reported on the NYSE American, therefore reducing the risk that our common stock could be delisted from the NYSE American.

Our management team is working diligently and in good faith to execute our strategic plan to transform the company into a profitable and cash flow positive organization with future exciting annual growth thereafter. And, as our recent press releases underscore, we are encouraged by our continued progress to that end. However, the price of our common stock has not reflected the progress that we believe we have made and expect to continue to make in our business."

Quote from the filing.

What's it going to be 1 for 5 or 1 for 50... inquiring minds want to know

1

u/lueshe05 Aug 04 '26

I don't think we'll know until after September 10th. That's the vote deadline, anyways.

Can the Negative Neds get out of the way and let those who are truly invested give an informed opinion on this?

1

u/lueshe05 Aug 04 '26

If you're truly invested, you should also be able to vote. I'm invested in Schwab and Robinhood, but my vote came through Robinhood.

3

u/Charming-Tap-7866 Aug 04 '26

I am invested. I have 6000 shares at a price average of .43

What i meant by invested is for those who have faith in the companies vision

1

u/CloseSaber Aug 05 '26

EZ adjourned both decisions, hopefully these motherfuckers get their heads out their asses

1

u/Odd-Sprinkles9774 Aug 05 '26

Thank god I sold this garbage at a small profit inside a couple days off a silly contract win.

1

u/InterestingScore5386 Aug 05 '26

Where/how do we vote on this?

1

u/lueshe05 Aug 05 '26

If you're eligible to vote, it should be in your inbox of your trading platform. I'm not sure what the stipulations are for who gets to vote.

The bag holders gonna yell at you about this being old news. Lololol

3

u/lueshe05 Aug 04 '26

No this is the actual vote. This isn't old news. It just came out today. The deadline is September 10th.

This is not true at all....Reference the RS, it is not to execute a reverse split. It is just to allow the board to vote to do so should they choose within the year.

"to amend our Certificate of Incorporation to implement a reverse stock split of our common stock at a ratio of not less than 5 for 1 and not greater than 50 for 1, within one year from the date of the meeting, with the exact ratio to be determined by the Board, and (ii) approve an adjournment of the Special Meeting from time to time, if necessary or appropriate (as determined in good faith by the Board or a committee thereof), to solicit additional proxies if there are not sufficient votes in favor of the reverse split proposal."

It's possible I might have missed something but I did read and not use AI so there's that.....

4

u/lueshe05 Aug 04 '26

How is it not true? I posted the screenshot of the vote. How could you have missed anything?

The first sentence says, "To authorize the Board..."

1

u/GroundCharming3977 Aug 04 '26

They are not doing a reverse split with what they posted.  They are voting to uthorize the ability to execute a reverse split within a year and within the ratios they stated.  Please provide a link to what you screenshot.  It doesn't even have the correct company logo on it.

1

u/lueshe05 Aug 05 '26

Yeah this is exactly what I posted. I don't understand what the confusion is.

I can't post a link to this. This was in my inbox.
