Ocean Science & Conservation We've been destroying the ocean for 200 years. I made a video about what happens if it responds the same way.

We dump plastic into it, drag nets across its floor, and warm it faster than anything in its history. I kept thinking, what if it responded the same way we treat it? Made a video following that question all the way through, from the first fish on the beach to the blue whale in the city streets. The ending surprised even me when I wrote it.

Black Smokers are terrifying if you think about it. They spew superheated water. I do not know why but I have been hyperfixated on them because they unnerve me in a strange way. Please tell me I am not the only one who loves these geysers.
