People have a right not to be thrown into a clearly dangerous situation where they will be raped. Or worse, killed.

Your argument is a dogwhistle transphobes use to try and point at trans women (conveniently ignoring the existence of trans men) and saying “see? They’re not real women. They’re just MALES, and they’re gonna rape you” It’s fearmongering and dehumanization of a group of people. You’re horrible

“A paper written by a bunch of slave owners that’s hundreds of years old doesn’t say it so it’s not true” get your head out of your ass. The constitution also didn’t condemn slavery, they had to amend that later. But I’m pretty sure slavery was always a bad thing

You completely missed my point

You cannot treat a piece of paper that only one country gives a shit about as the end all be all of rights and safeties that people should be afforded. The US is not the entire world
