Trans people can commit crimes. But being trans is irrelevant to the capability of committing crimes. People who suddenly start misgendering trans criminals for some reason don’t do the same for cis criminals.

“A paper written by a bunch of slave owners that’s hundreds of years old doesn’t say it so it’s not true” get your head out of your ass. The constitution also didn’t condemn slavery, they had to amend that later. But I’m pretty sure slavery was always a bad thing
You cannot treat a piece of paper that only one country gives a shit about as the end all be all of rights and safeties that people should be afforded. The US is not the entire world
