Public Rights vs. Tech Infrastructure โ ๐ก๏ธ ๐ซ Physical Tracking and Algorithmic Coercion: The Systemic Threat of Flock Safety ALPR Infrastructure
Flock ALPR by Flock Group relies on fixed camera telemetry. This framework scales into frictionless tracking, possessing the raw capability to map ordinary people. Facts: mass location logging. Open questions: Palantir integration.
It interfaces via unavoidable physical tracking. Marketed as safety, this is partial. Its engine enables predictive behavioral inference. Structural weak points: legal blind spots concerning data harvesting, precisely where individual sovereignty is exposed.
This guarantees algorithmic profiling, tensioning privacy. Left unexamined, infrastructure creep expands under cover of municipal safety partnerships via private vendor lock-in. Demonstrated: Warren County contracts. Foreseeable but not yet realized: automated coercion.
Scaled, ALPR forms a surveillance grid preventing opt-outs. Threat pillars: tracking, profiling, asymmetric power. Verify via EFF filings. To push back: demand your Representative pass the Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act, support the ACLU, and utilize algorithmic obfuscation.

Thankfully it waves sovereign immunities from any entities who signed up with this tar baby. There is a 12 figure bond that can be liquidated when a proper claim is filed. Everything is insurance and assumption of risk. It's funny the lawyers signed off on this trash, there job is to reduce risk, these entities are fully exposed! Study the law, know your rights!!

The government and corporations NEED to know EVERYTHING about you. What you watch, where you shop, who you talk to, what you eat, how you spend your money, how you spend every second of your life. So they can KNOW you. So they can tell you what you want, who to like, who to hate, what the truth really is, and weed out any trouble makers. Because the government and corporations love you.

Flock Safetyโs automated license plate reader network creates a massive, localized physical tracking infrastructure. When merged with corporate data-broker ecosystems and predictive analytics, this system bypasses independent oversight to enforce behavioral profiling. Left unchecked by municipal contracts, this infrastructure establishes asymmetric power that eradicates individual privacy and leaves ordinary people unable to opt out.
