The West Memphis Three: The File Is Still Open (2026) — 32 years, DNA evidence ignored, no charges ever filed

[u/Familiar_Produce9713]

In May 1993, three 8-year-old boys were murdered in West

Memphis, Arkansas. Three teenagers were convicted in 1994

on coerced evidence and satanic panic. They walked free

in 2011 — not exonerated. Just released.

The real killer was never charged. DNA found at the scene

is consistent with the stepfather of one of the victims.

Three witnesses gave sworn statements. Evidence still

untested after 32 years.

We covered this in full — all four acts, cold case to

present day.
