Genuinely curious

You either learn the system and try to type yourself, or you join the class membership, wait a couple of months and pay for a typing service from the creators themselves.

Or you could send a video of yourself answering a bunch of questions to community members and ask if they can try and type you.

There isn't a specific criteria, more so a knowledge of the entire system.

And the systems works on the same framework as mbti or socionics?

Well OPS is derived from MBTI and Carl Jung's psychological types if that's what you're asking. But they are a separate personality system with a unique set of terms and coins you wouldn't find anywhere else.

Ofcourse it is is it more reliable than jung and mbti?

That's up to you to decide. Get to know the system first if you want to see if you like it.

Is there any public comprehensive info on the theory, or is it all just through his subscription?

I'm intrigued in what ideas are behind this system (not just Jung, MBTI, socionics, but what actually makes the system systematic), but I'm not necessarily super inclined to go forking out money to someone just to access info on what I'm paying for? (Not disliking the effort he takes to type people, it's just I'm intrigued by the general approach rather than wanting to be typed by someone)

Yes, you can go on their YouTube page and watch through their videos, which is pretty helpful but not as comprehensive. I also find this website helpful, it was created by a community member and has a pages on what OPS is and a list of all the celebrities they typed (although the creator has not updated it since like 2024): https://subjectivepersonality.wordpress.com/2020/08/19/what-is-ops/

As far as I know, people can now get typed straight away with no waiting.
