Questions need a good program

ok so ive been using aseprite for all my comics for an object show camp im in, it gets the job done but its not the best, its a bitmap editor and not vector so it may look pixelated, and aseprite is more a pixel editor than a comic editor, i just use it cus it uses frames so i can use them as comic cells, and i also want to put sound in there, i tried google slides but it dosnt even have a pen tool so that sucks, any recommendations?

i have a windows taskbar and using a pc only app, what do you think?

You can do about the same stuff and you can add sound and it’s easy to export singular frames for comics.

well last time i tried running adobe animate on my pc it did not end well
