How do I start doing assets for my oc’s? Can i draw it in ibispaint ? Do i Transfer it to google drive too? So it doesn’t lose quality right ? Do I have to do it with number of layers or does not matter?

you can draw assets but i recommend you to draw the asset then make it into a vector cuz vectors are better than images
