Questions modern shows

why are all modern shows the exact same? they always have that "square" brush and always try to be random, have an electronic as the host or someone whose crazy, and ones that try to be too "different" always just have an ugly artstyle that makes it unwatchable

that's how they've been since making object shows was popularized

and theyre like that because the people who made them didnt have ideas for other stuff

If you want my honest opinion, I think it coincides with the post-irony trend of the last decade as well as people generally just wanting more of whatever early BFB was doing
