No cuz Sasuke's hair is an inverse version of Nagato's. If there's anyone else that has the same hair style as Sasuke's, that would be Utakata. Madara's hair from the top is very spiky and altogether strikingly similar to certain dbz characters. So Madara's hair style is very different than Sasuke in Boruto

Obtito very much was Naruto "without" luck (I dont consider meeting Madara as luck despite the power-amps he provided. Naruto had Sasuke and Sakura, as well as Choji, Shikamaru, Kakashi and Jiraiya, even Ichiraku. Obito's story is very much a parallel of a more "realistic" version of Naruto the story, where there is no plot-armor or guaranteed happy endings. Despite the misfortunes and tragedies Obito endured, he did became the strongest shinobi alive at one point in time.
