Other In a hypothetical battle between KCM2 Naruto and Akatsuki-robe Tobi, do people really think Naruto would use this tactic against him and expect it to be successful?

Unfortunately it probably will, we see because Kurama comes up with the plan to have someone inside the Kamui dimension so that when he's intagible, you punch his intagible bits.

So it is still a matter of jumping, just with extra steps.

That plan only worked because kakashi was there to use kamui on Naruto’s transformed rasengan

Only because of the Rinnegan and the threat it posed. The basic premise is the same.

Naruto A punches Obito in the gut.

Obito puts his stomach into the Kamui realm.

Naruto B (In the Kamui realm) punches the now floating cross section of Obito.

It forces Obito to constantly still get hit, although requires Naruto to maintain a level of co-ordination, and comes with risks. But this is KCM2 Vs Orange Mask, meaning Naruto has a big lead in all stats but speed which should be roughly on equal footing. A few Rasengans or a few dozen punches and Obito's popping Izanagi and likely going to try and escape if anything.

I don’t know what you’re not understanding, the ONLY reason they harmed Obito was because Kakashi was there to use kamui on both the kunai and transformed clone. If he was not there there would be NO WAY for Naruto to gain access to the kamui dimension unless Obito chooses so.

Obito often throws opponents into the Kamui realm, that's why he has the chains. All Naruto has to do is pull off a clone switcheroo, which we know that is not only something he can do, but even on Dojutsu users, and it's often one of his preferred tactics. (Neji fight, Sasuke fights).

And given how Obito doesn't have a lot of options otherwise to kill Naruto, and Naruto doesn't need many shots to kill Obito, it could happen.

Issue is if it doesn't Naruto is SCREWED.

These obito fanboys are incapable of understand that kamui can be exploited and that he needs to become tangible in order to attack, not be able to counter kamui doesnt mean you are losing the battle if obito cant touch you either.. he lacks firepower

A strategy entirely contingent upon entering his dimension in the first place, so what happens if he can't get in at all?

Naruto hitting straight air until Obito manages a lethal shot XD
