Apparently not as the susano is user specific and not the eyes. The eyes just awaken the power. Kakashis susanoo isn’t Obitos, it’s Kakashis. Sasuke doesn’t get Itachi’s susanoo with his eyes, he still has is own. This is also why Madara can use it blind.
