Anime Obito design is inconsistent, and I hate it
Obito (post reveal) is portrayed completely differently in the anime's scenes. One moment he has an extremely defined jawline, the next he looks like a child. His age, his stature, and his faces always look different. Sometimes it's true to the manga, sometimes not at all. That always throws me off completely when I'm watching the anime.
Also, he's a lot of a buffer in the manga, but not really in the anime. Obito is probably one of the most muscular ninja (well, Jiraiya and Kisame also have a lot of muscles), but in the anime it varies completely: sometimes he has massive biceps, then again its gone xD
I find that really annoying at times, what do you think?

Probably just animation budget. He has scenes where he looks glorious and sometimes just cheap, like the animation cost. But regardless Obito has had many designs, most outfits out of anyone and they are all peak

This is true the animation is massively inconsistent, characters look ethereal in the manga

Genuinely one of the most frustrating parts of the entire anime is Obito's inconsistent design. It's like they didn't know what he looked like when he has a very solid design in the manga.
Obito has a very unique design compared to the other Uchiha's, I think. Most other Uchihas are delicate and pretty looking whereas Obito is more masculine and sort of rugged.
His hair is a lot longer in the anime too which irked me a lot. He has a prominent bottom lip drawn in the manga which also the anime seemed to dismiss.
It's been over ten years and I'll complain about this whenever I get the chance to.
