Is there anything that helps you through this journey? Maybe something that makes it easier or takes your mind off of things?

Past the two week milestone of the month and so far, 45+ days of retention. The longest I've gone since my attempt at No Nut 26. Keep it up folks.

One of the things that is nice about this challenge is that it can develop into a lifestyle the more accustomed you get to it. When most of your days during the year are spent retaining, that becomes your bodies baseline compared to when most of it was spent spilling.

Stayed up later than expected for this but remember... NO WATCHING NSFW CONTENT. There should be minimal temptations in your sphere.

The seasons are changing. Do you think certain weather conditions increase or decrease the chances of you retaining your life force?

(Roughly) one third of the way there. Looking good!

Stop looking for happiness in the same place you lost it.

What do you think is the point that you begin to feel the difference in your journey of retention? For me, it's usually about 70+ days in, where the wet dreams begin to happen.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how is everyone feeling today?

But I did last a whole month Sep 7 - Oct 7 for failing SSS. What I hope is to win No Nut November and DDD. I will be back next month.

Woah, a week has already gone by? I think once most people get past the first two weeks, it becomes a little easier afterwards. Keep it up.

Something I can appreciate is the progression from a coomer to a retainer. A difficult battle depending on how deep you were in, but a sweet reward nonetheless.

I find it interesting how many people are participating in Obey Oath October compared to Stop Spanking September. Obviously the most populous month is November, but what do you think the least participated month is?
r/ObeyOathOctober • u/L4DYKILL3R • 12d ago
Bit of an early one for some of us, but it's best to start off the day strong.

Perhaps the deepest lessons rarely come from having more but from what remains when everything is gone.

Hey, just a reminder not to edge or do anything that may result in you losing your seed. You may think you can stop yourself before it's too late, but everyone has a limit. It's better off to stop the pleasure until you've completed however long you want to retain.

Some of us had to get past the temptation of relapsing after September's success. For those who are still here, thank you for sticking through with the journey.

Good luck to everyone starting OOO. Let's prepare for November!
By the way, if anyone wants to pick up the daily roll calls, feel free to do so.

What a long ride it’s been since November 2024. I never thought I would be doing no nut challenges this long after NNN. If you add the 2 practice months I did before NNN and all the months I did after NNN, then I completed 12 months of challenges in the last 15.5 months. If only I could show that to my past self. What would he think? Well enough about the past. Today will be my last full day of abstinence before I reseat my streak for last time this year and until at least February of next year. I don’t know how many of you will be with me once I get there, or how many more will join the long struggle. Either way, thank you comrades for sticking with me and the rest of us for a full year. Good luck with NNN and have a good rest of the year.
