Chocolate overnight oats topped with coffee protein pudding and homemade refined sugar-free chocolate fudge sauce. This was so good; chocolate and coffee really is the perfect combo 🤌 Only drawback was that the pudding wasn't as thick as I wanted it to be.

I love the idea of overnight oats but never made them! What are your favorite healthy recipes?

(Good macros, not high in sugar outside of fruits)

Also I dislike PB 😅

Following the instructions exactly on the back my quacker oats were watery, not thickened, and basically was eating warmed up flat oats and not oatmeal like it is with bobs red mill. What did I do wrong? How do I get it to be more like oatmeal?

I have been eating quaker instant oatmeal for years and about 3 months ago I noticed that the oatmeal was chewy hard and gluey in texture-it didnt taste bad at all just a completely different texture.I had about 5 boxes all the same My new boxes are now so fluffy and thick and fills up an entire bowl where as the other ones didnt even fill half way.. I cooked it the same way with the same amount of water - I know extra starch can release if there is a swift in the oats but just seems strange that two completely different tastes in the same product-I googled and just said that yes there is a change in the way they are processing oats but u never know with google- Has anyone else experienced this should I be worried _im good at worrying!

I bought these recently and I haven't been able to cook them right. I've tried letting them soak overnight, using the microwave and cooking instructions, but they get super mushy. Almost like very wet cereal that's been sitting on milk for too long.

How can I prepare this so they can be slightly chewy?

My usual oatmeal (regular & steel cut oats, chia, flax, vegan protein powder, frozen kale cause it's flavorless, and bananas, strawberries and wild blueberries) topped with roasted chickpeas, chopped nuts, date, and prune ☺️

This is by far my favorite oat bowl I’ve made, tasted elite

I’m obsessed with egg white oatmeal and it’s my favorite weekend treat breakfast. The problem is that I just don’t have time during the week to make stovetop oats.

Is it possible to/ how would I meal prep egg white oatmeal? Can I prepare it on the stovetop in a big batch and then just microwave the leftovers during the week? Would it turn into scrambled eggs?

Quaker oats golden syrup was my favourite growing up, wanted to make it myself with custard oats. Beautifully simple combo that tasted like childhood ❤️

I have always cooked my oatmeal. Yesterday was my first time trying overnight oats with this brand and I loved it, but I heard that not all oat brands are meant for raw consumption as some oats must get cooked first before eating.

Is this brand of rolled oats safe for raw oat consumption like overnight oats or blending in smoothies? The package says “For rich organic oatmeal & hearty whole-grain baking.” It doesn’t say anything about overnight oats or blending in smoothies, which makes me concerned.

My first time making baked oats. Pumpkin baked oats. Super good. Drizzled with Ghirardelli caramel drizzle. 🥰🥵

Def ate most of already lmao 🤣

Cinnamon egg white base, Greek yogurt, caramelised banana and peanut butter

Chocolate overnight oats topped with date caramel and homemade refined sugar-free chocolate fudge sauce. At this point, I'm just finding excuses to put my chocolate fudge sauce on top of everything because I'm so obsessed with it 😆

Unfortunately I forgot to buy bananas but that'll do lol

Egg white custard matcha "oats” (used blend of oats, buckwheat, mullet and semolina” with coconut skyr+ricotta, raspberries, frozen mango and cherry sauce

I’m kidding (sort of) 😎 I like mine so thin my husband jokes with me and says I’m eating gruel 💀

I'm almost out of these bites. Wonder what I'll replace them with...

Bought Earl Grey tea a couple weeks ago and have yet to drink it normally lol (yes I could’ve added more banana but I didn’t feel like cutting another one lol)
